Question: Will I do anything on the tour that I can’t do myself/without a tour?
Answer: No. You can visit the same places and see the same sights completely self-guided. We offer a way to see these sights on Oahu that enriches your experience. Your guide will give you relevant information to make your experience better. They will also try to answer all your questions and take your picture at scenic sites.

Question: Do I have to pay any additional fees?
Answer: That depends on your tour. Some tours are all inclusive, others are not. Please read the tour description for more information.

Question: Are gratuities included?
Answer: Gratuities are not included. If your guide was fun, informative and gave you a great time then the recommended tip is 15-30% per person. If your guide did not show you a great tour then please don’t tip and email us and let us know what the issue is so we can correct it.

Question: Is this only a driving tour?
Answer: This is not a walking or a hiking tour but your group will make stops where you can get out of the vehicle and explore the sites by foot.

Question: How much walking do we do on the tour?
Answer: That depends on the tour but in general there is only little walking involved.

Question: I have a difficult time walking for long distances or am unsure if the walking will be too fast for me, should I take this tour?

Question: How old does my child have to be for this tour? Do you have a child rate?
Answer: Your child must be at least 6 years old for a small group tour. For younger children, we recommend a private tour. If no prices are advertised, please contact us directly.

Question: Do I have to sign a waiver?
Answer: Yes, a waiver is mandatory to be signed at the beginning of the tour.

Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: Unless stated otherwise, you can cancel the tour up to 24 hours in advance of the tour with a 100% refund. After 24  hours in advance, there is no refund.

Question: What vehicle is used for the tour?
Answer: 8-15 passenger vans or similar

Question: I get car sick, am I able to sit in the front of the van?
Answer: We are unable to guarantee that you will sit in the front of the vehicle but we will try to accommodate. Please take motion sickness medication to be prepared for the tour.

Question: Can I book a private tour?
Answer: No problem! There is a longer cancellation policy of 72 hours. Please contact us for the price of a private tour.
